VT-8109:MIMO Vibration Controller

The VT-8109 Series MIMO Vibration Controller: Multiple Input & Multiple Output

Premax is proud to introduce the next generation of vibration controllers to North America—the VT-8109 Series MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output) Vibration Controller. Already proven for its reliability and superior test quality in the Japanese market, the VT-8109 Series is designed to excel in large-scale control applications, including MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output), MESA (Multiple Exciter, Single Axis), and MEMA (Multiple Exciter, Multiple Axes) systems.

The VT-8109 Series MIMO Vibration Controller adopts a PXI bus structure combined with multi-DSP technology, enabling powerful and precise control and analysis. This architecture functions like a series of synchronized high-performance vibration controllers operating simultaneously, without any performance degradation. The adaptive control method with cross-coupling compensation ensures optimal control for multiple shaker systems, making it an ideal solution for complex testing environments.

With Premax-LLC’s VT-8109 Series, users can create multi-degree-of-freedom environments in laboratory settings. Applications are vast and include 4-Poster Vehicle Road Simulation Systems, bridge and building simulations using multiple exciters on a single axis, control of 3-axis ED shakers, 6 DOF (Degrees of Freedom) vibration systems, and the management of multiple vibration shakers. The system can simultaneously record raw data at high resolution from up to 64 input channels for extended periods, thanks to the large memory capacity for each channel.

The VT-8109 Series MIMO Vibration Controller offers a comprehensive suite of vibration control test modules, along with advanced data recording and analysis capabilities. We can customize the input and output channels for vibration control, environmental data recording, acoustic capture, HDD RPM counting, and more to meet your specific testing needs. Additionally, we offer a trade-in program to help you upgrade your existing controllers while optimizing your budget. For more detailed information, please contact us.
