Premax slip table are designed to provide the optimum test platform for horizontal testing with any shaker combination and oil-lubricated by a continuous oil pressure system, which permits maximum efficiency of the equipment. 

Slip plates can be provided in almost any size from 300mm square (for small shakers) to1m square for large sized specimen test. Different types are available to meet different application requirements and operating budgets. 

The axis of a shaker’s operation is Z axis. In order to achieve vibrations in X and Y axis, a Horizontal Slip Table is used. A Horizontal Slip Table is compactly constructed using a precisely machined magnesium alloy tool-plate. The test object can be rotated by 90° on the table to switch between X and Y axis. A system integrated with Premax is capable of testing objects in all three axis, one at a time, also matching with the temperature and humidity test chamber to form an integrated environmental testing system. Area and thickness of sliding plate determine the quality of the active system, and also affect the upper limit of frequency of the table. 

The selection of slip table is based on specimen dimension, required load, required maximum anti- overturning moment and testing conditions. Except for the listed models, more types are available according to customer requirements.
